Exchange Policy

At Jag Mart, we aim to ensure you receive products in perfect condition. In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please review our exchange terms below.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours, we cannot process any exchange requests.
  • To request an exchange, you must contact us on WhatsApp and provide clear proof of the issue.

Accepted evidence includes:

  • Video proof (preferred)
  • Images showing the damaged box or product
  • Any additional details proving the product arrived faulty

Evidence must clearly show:

  • Damage to the product
  • Damage to the packaging/box
  • Manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage

Exchange Approval Process

  • Once your evidence is submitted, our team will review it.
  • If confirmed eligible, we will process your exchange within 14 working days.

How the Exchange Works

  • Our delivery partner will pick up the damaged item from your location.
  • Once the item is returned to us and verified, a new replacement product will be shipped to you in a separate delivery.

Please ensure the original product, box, and all included accessories are handed over during pickup.

No Refunds or Returns

We do NOT offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy page for more details.
