6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do NOT accept refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product, and
• You provide clear evidence (video preferred) that the product arrived damaged or faulty.

7. Accuracy of Billing, Orders & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel suspected fraudulent or suspicious orders. This includes orders that may violate our Terms or pose a risk to our business or customers.

Our store is hosted and powered by Shopify. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other third-party service providers that support our business operations, such as payment processors and shipping partners.

Jag Mart is not responsible for third-party errors, downtime, or issues outside our control.
